With rain forecast for every day that week, how lucky that Becky and Barry didn’t have to resort to using my two white wedding umbrellas. As soon as the ceremony finished, the clouds parted and the sun came out. Beach pictures and all the family must have images were successfully taken. Compton Acres is unquestionably a beautiful wedding location.

An all round glorious day at the Roman Forte Dorset Vintage Wedding Fair last weekend, it was an event that will not be forgotten in a hurry.

Last nights Wedding Industry Awards 2012 at the Cafe de Paris in Piccadilly, London. I attended with my wife, Miss Ingredient as she had won the Regional Award for Cake Designer in the South West of England.

Kathryn and Nick asked me to document their post wedding party which was scheduled a few weeks after their wedding day, they had returned relaxed and tanned from their honeymoon in the Caribbean, Christmas was behind them and they were ready to meet and greet their friends and family again. It also gave everyone another chance to dress up in their celebratory togs once more, something any self respecting bride would never say no to! I suggested a Photo Booth mobile studio which always creates an opportunity to let your hair down. Here is a few early pictures from their evening:
