Anyone who lives in Dorset and beyond its borders into Wiltshire knows Larmer Tree Gardens. A beautiful space on the Wiltshire Dorset border. Tranquil, elegant and quite unique. A historic garden complete with Victorian stage and ancient folly, perfect for that all important wedding photography. Hidden gardens and open lawns complete the picture. Expertly run and in pristine condition it has been my pleasure to photograph weddings here over the years

The Larmer Tree Gardens describes itself:

“The Larmer Tree was one of the first Victorian Pleasure Gardens. Situated on the Dorset/ Wiltshire border, it is an extraordinary example of Victorian extravagance and now home to free roaming peacocks and pair of macaws. Set in the outstanding landscape of the Cranborne Chase, these beautifully laid out gardens were created by General Pitt Rivers in 1880. Recognised by English Heritage as a Garden of National Importance, they were first privately owned gardens to be opened for public enjoyment.”

Wedding Photography at The Larmer Tree gardens, this beautiful local wedding venue, is a pleasure and encompasses all the varied and unique backdrops.
